An Introduction...

Dear friends,

Warm welcome to you in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ from Evangelical Church of Grace!
Thank you very much indeed for taking time to go through the blog and it is our prayer that your journey through this blog will result in you giving thanks and glory to the Lord of the Church; praying for us and also becoming a partner with us in the life and ministry of our Church!

First Worship Service in Mr. & Mrs. Samson's House

Having moved out of the Church we were part of, for some valid reasons, a group of people met on 8th April 2010 to seek God's guidance for future through prayer and discussion. They were led by the Lord to continue to meet for worship as His Church. The first service was held on Sunday, the 11th April 2010 in Mr. & Mrs. Samson's home. Subsquently the Lord opened the door of the beautiful chapel of Bethel New Life College situated on Horamavu-Agara road.

Bethel New Life College Chapel
Evangelical Church of Grace is the name eventually selected to this newly born Church with a watchword as "Saved to Serve"
I Peter 4:10 -11 will be our theme verse. "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies - in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To Him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen."

In the Auditorium of Asha Kiran Special Needs School
God, in His Grace and time, has enabled us to move to Asha Kiran Special Needs School for worship from the first Sunday of October 2010. We are grateful to Mr. & Mrs. Prem James and the Board of Trustees for extending an invitation to come and worship in their school auditorium. This arrangement, we believe, would faciliate many people to join us for worship. Kindly continue to pray for us.

May the Lord bless you and your family according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus!.
